A Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm based in the heart of Reading require a Solicitor or paralegal with at least 2 years experience in Residential Development to join their Development and house building team

The team focuses on the acquisition and disposals of development land, planning and construction matters and secured acquisition and development finance.

Experience Required:

Have a broad understanding of the legal principles involved and experience of assisting with a desire to become an expert in this challenging field.
You must possess excellent drafting skills, legal analysis, verbal & written communication skills and legal knowledge.
An ability and willingness to complete marketing and business development activities is essential.
