TR2 Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced sub agent to join one of our clients ever expanding team.

Your role as a Sub Agent on site, will see you responsible for performing a variety of duties, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Your previous leadership skills will help you develop relationships on site with contractors and trades.

Duties will include;

Managing engineering activities
Creating a safe working environment
Day to day management of a section of work
Plan, Control and monitor the work on site
Resourcing
Weekly meetings
Forecasting and measurements
Carry out Health and Safety check
Delivering high quality of design on site

The role itself is a brand new Highways Project and will have all aspects of Civils work including earthworks, utilities, structures and drainage.

Previous experience;

Experience working as a site engineer or sub agent
SMSTS + 3 day First Aid
Previous Highways experience (desirable)
