Description

Our client provides high quality Kitchen Fire suppression systems across the UK, operating nationally across all industries within in both commercial and domestic sectors.

As Market leaders they design, install, and maintain systems for customers acrossthe UK including hotels, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and well-known fast-food outlets such as Wetherspoon, Greene King, Five Guys.


Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparing monthly maintenance jobs for the scheduling team to process.
  • Setting up new maintenance jobs and contracts for new sites.
  • Data Entry on CRM system.
  • Raising supplier purchase orders.
  • Liaising with internal teams and engineers to ensure timescales are met.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Dealing with customer queries.
  • Weekly reporting of customer account.
  • Preparing RAMS & Permits where required.
  • Maintain customer portals where required.
  • Sending out completion documentation to customers.
  • Raising invoices for completed scheduled maintenance and remedial works.
  • Reviewing stock for engineers on jobs.
  • General administration duties.

Minimum requirements:

  • Good IT knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as a team member.
  • Highly organised with ability to use your own initiative to organise and prioritise.
  • Academic in both English and Math's.
  • Confident.
