Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with our Capability and Governance departments and functions within the Practice will ensure an endtoend project lifecycle and governance structure that supports the growth of our business.
  • Ensuring implementation plans and working group materials are vetted and approved across all levels of management
  • Partnering with the Capability and Governance teams on best practices and oversight of programs implementation.
  • Providing oversight of full program landscape to drive management transparency
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations, effectively communicate with senior internal clients, simplify complexity, and provide thoughtful and succinct recommendations
  • Experience with strategic planning, managing significant change initiatives with multiple stakeholders with varying priorities
  • Demonstrated experience navigating internal clients with the ability to drive decision making and gain consensus across groups, seniority levels, and interests in a complex global organization
  • Excellent project manager, capable of organizing and leading diverse project teams, performing the detailed work, and proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks
  • Prior experience in financial services
  • Strong business and platform knowledge
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • People Management skills to assess and develop the skills of staff.
  • Strong teamwork skills to drive execution without direct reporting line responsibilities
  • Strong Office proficiency: Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint, etc.
