Description

The Head of School for Mossbourne Parkside Academy will be the senior professional in the school, providing first-class leadership and management and overseeing the schools day-to-day operations.

Working with the Executive Principal for our Primary Academies, the Head of School will embed the fundamental ethos of aspiration, success, and no excuses that help us to achieve high standards across all Mossbourne schools.


The appointee will understand the reasons for Mossbourne's remarkable success and use our values to further develop a simulating, exciting and vibrant learning environment at Parkside.

The Head of School will ensure that Federation vision and values underpin the leadership, management and organisation of the school including not only its goals and targets but also its day-to-day practices and routines.
