Our client that is the leader within their field are looking for individuals that will provide support to an outstanding service which will play a crucial role throughout the customer journey.


The role:
As a Metering appointment advisor, you will be processing all customer requests where a metering appointment is required. Entering Database accurately, while issuing the right appointment request to the meter service provider.

This can include aspects such as:

  • Ensure requests are updated on the internal system
  • Inputting data
  • Take note of customer feedback to help improve customer experience

  • Organisation skills
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

Hour/Contract:
Full time Monday - Friday, 6 month contract with a likely extension


Pay per hour:
£12.90


Location:
Cardiff - Hybrid role - 2 days In the office/ 3 from home


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Contract length: 6 months

£12.90 per hour
