Operations Administrator role in a well renowned technology manufacturing company


Client Details
Page Group is currently recruiting Operations Administrator to work for our Fife based client.

The company you'd be working for is a technology manufacturing business with almost 20 years of experience in the field and an active presence on internationalarena.

The job is to commence
as soon as possible.


Description

Duties will include:

  • Stock counting
  • Data entry
  • Working alongside Operations Team
  • Admin support
  • Carrying out administrative tasks and assisting in adhoc projects
  • Maintaining and updating relevant databases and document management systems
  • Assisting with enquiries
  • Updating system data and information

Profile

  • Previous experience in a similar admin oriented role
  • ERP System knowledge
  • Good IT Skills
  • Organisation skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload

Job Offer

  • Temp to Perm basis
  • Full time
  • Initially onsite with possibility to move onto hybrid mode
  • The company would consider 4 days work per week
