Page Group is currently recruiting Operations Administrator to work for our Fife based client.
The company you'd be working for is a technology manufacturing business with almost 20 years of experience in the field and an active presence on internationalarena.
The job is to commenceas soon as possible.
Description
Duties will include:
- Stock counting
- Data entry
- Working alongside Operations Team
- Admin support
- Carrying out administrative tasks and assisting in adhoc projects
- Maintaining and updating relevant databases and document management systems
- Assisting with enquiries
- Updating system data and information
Profile
- Previous experience in a similar admin oriented role
- ERP System knowledge
- Good IT Skills
- Organisation skills
- Ability to prioritise workload
Job Offer
- Temp to Perm basis
- Full time
- Initially onsite with possibility to move onto hybrid mode
- The company would consider 4 days work per week
