We have an outstanding opportunity to join the Qualified Mainline Driver Talent Pool at Kettering for #TeamEMR. Our Qualified Mainline Drivers are right at the forefront of our operation.

In this role you will have the ideal opportunity to represent the customer face of EMR, working alongside our highly skilled drivers in ensuring our passengers get to their destination in a safe and punctual manner.


Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

  • 12 months post qualified train driving experience with a valid European Train Driving Licence
  • A personable and professional manner for excellence
  • Knowledge of, and the ability to follow set rules and procedures in a safety conscious environment
  • Knowledge of and the ability to demonstrate Driver Non-Technical Skills
  • Excellent concentration skills and selfdiscipline
  • A flexible attitude to working hours with the ability to work shifts across 24 hour periods, 7 days a week
  • A commitment to providing an excellent level of customer service at all times

All applicants should live within 45 minutes travelling distance of the Kettering Driver Depot.
