Mission Systems
The HR Advisor role is based within our Mission Systems business area.

The role

The difference our new HR Advisor will make
As a HR Advisor you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary.

Babcock Mission Systems is transforming and we need you to support our key leaders in forging new paths, and leading their teams through exciting, but sometimes challenging change.

As part of the People team supporting the Mission Systems Sector, you'll be key in helping implement our ambitious people agenda while providing progressive HR advice and expertise on all people matters.

Providing coaching and support to line managers on effective performance management and development of their teams.

This role provides hybrid working arrangements with 1 day in the office/onsite and 4 days working from home.

Essential experience

Proven experience working in an HR Advisory role.
Excellent employee relations knowledge.
Applied knowledge and experience of TUPE legislation and transfers (essential)
Experience of operating alongside a HR Shared Services model
Operational experience of using and reporting from HR Information Systems (i.e. Success Factors).
Experience within an engineering/technical environment (preferred).
Trade Union experience (preferred)
