Salary:
£15,544k - £17,271k

JoiningBonus £2,500


Aspion are currently looking for an immediate Assistant Shop Manager or Supervisor to join their team in the Marlow area working for a well-established Charity.

The main aim of the role will be to maximize the shops sales & profit delivering excellent customerservice skills.


Duties

  • Maintain the day to day operation of the shop
  • Supporting the Shop Manager with customer service
  • Setting up the shop with new goods rotating stock
  • Operate all the stock rotation updating stock to keep the offer fresh.
  • Create a welcoming happy and appreciative atmosphere for customers and shop team.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are being followed.
  • Ensure trading standards regulations are adhered to.
  • To ensure key holder procedures are rigorously adhered to.
  • Ability to manage staff teams in a variety of retail sectors.
30 hours per week
