Contract Type:


32.5hrs a week, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm (inclusive of breaks), term time only, and one week in the summer holiday.
Poplar Farm is a new school which opened in September 2018.

Admin Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception services and handle enquiries from parents, pupils, staff, and visitors to the school.
  • Maintain accurate records, including pupil attendance, using Integris (school management system)
  • Provide administrative support to school events, including open days and parents' evenings.
  • Undertake other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:


  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a professional and personal approach.
  • Be able to work as team and use your own initiative.
  • Be resilient, flexible and demonstrate an ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Ability to prioritise, multitask and manage your workload effectively.
  • A relevant qualification in administration or education is desirable but not essential.
