About Our Client:
The company is based in London they provide their customers with professional advice and service.
The Payroll Assistant will be based in their office in London.
The Payroll Assistant will assist the payroll manager in processing the monthly payroll.
The Payroll Assistant position based in London will involve the following duties:
- Processing the UK payrolls and liaising with the 3rd party international payroll.
- Working with the HR teams to ensure all payroll inputs are accurate.
- Process employees taxes and ensure the execution of employee benefits.
- Assist in answering HMRC/pensions monthly/annual queries.
- Oversea and manage the visa programme.
- Answer issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and managers.
- Assist with reports for senior management and for the finance department.
- Any adhoc duties for both Payroll and HR.
The Successful Applicant:
- A Payroll Qualification, either with CIPP or similar.
- Experience working on Workday would be advantageous.
- 3 years UK end to end Payroll experience.
- Great knowledge on Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
- Excellent knowledge of payroll regulations.
