This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEMH needs.

You will be highly motivated and bring commitment to team work, provision of high-quality education for students with SEND, flexibility and a willingness to explore new strategies.

You will be keen learn more about and develop skills in adopting a trauma informed approach using PACE as a strategy for managing behaviour.

You will be able quickly develop strong positive relationships and have resilience and perseverance in abundance in order to help students make progress.

Future Education is a small Specialist Independent School part of Future Projects Charity.

All of our young people have SEMH needs along with associated behavioural difficulties, and many have additional special educational needs.

Through our unique combination of academic and vocational study alongside a range of therapy provision our students engage with learning and acquire the skills and qualifications they need to go on to lead happy fulfilled lives.
