Anderson Knight is recruiting for Part-time Helpdesk Coordinators on a back shift rotation for a well-established company based in Glasgow.
Our role involves coordinating with team members, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to facilitate the efficient handling of tasks and incidents reported to the helpdesk.
Weekdays: 3pm - 10pm
Weekends: 7am-5pm, 3pm - 10pm
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responding to incoming calls from customers, contractors, and engineers.
- Initiating outbound calls to our customers, contractors, and engineers.
- Handling reactive callouts for customers.
- Recording jobs and incidents for customers.
- Escalating incidents as necessary.
- Configuring systems.
- Communicating effectively and confidently.
Key Attributes and Skills:
- Previous Helpdesk Experience is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Precision and keen attention to detail is indispensable.
- Proficiency in multitasking.
- Essential high level of computer literacy.
