This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader/Supervisor to join a large business in Cambridge and be part of an evolving and dynamic finance function.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high performing team by setting goals, agreeing objectives and delegating tasks.

You'll need to be a proactive, hands on people manager that leads from the front.

Using your skills and expertise, you will drive the team ensuring effective controls and maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.

As an ambassador for best practice and continuous improvement, you'll lead and guide the team to ensure KPI's and SLA's are achieved and met.

Salary is up to £42,000 plus an extensive benefits package and annual bonus.

Hybrid working is available - 3 days in office, 2 working from home. Their offices are on the outskirts of Cambridge and they have free parking on site.
