Job Advert Job Summary
  • Raising Proforma and VAT Sales invoices
  • Processing cash receipts
  • Building relationships with Key Customers
  • Proactively work with customers to ensure timely cash receipt and prevent overdue debts
  • Chasing proforma payments to avoid dispatch delays
  • Dealing with invoice queries effectively in collaboration with other departments
  • Preparing and publishing weekly outstanding reports to directors
  • Preparing monthly sales analysis
  • Performing other adhoc tasks to support the Finance Team
Accountabilities
  • Managing the Sales ledger function proactively
  • Establishing key relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining Accuracy and Attention to detail at all times

  • Maintaining safe working practices and adhering to current legislation
  • Complying with company health and safety policy and procedure
  • Maintaining good housekeeping standards and improving as needed
