The role
The Senior Operations Executive position will work within the UK Operations team and will
report into the Head of Operations (UK).
- We onboard the right number of couriers at the right time
- We incentivise couriers on the Stuart platform to deliver to the highest operational quality standards for their clients
- We work collaboratively with our outsourcing partners to execute processes accurately and efficiently
- We communicate clearly and effectively with the courier fleet
What will I be doing? \uD83E\uDD14:
- You'll be responsible for leading and developing a team of operations executives/junior operations executives. You'll empower them to deliver high quality work and support them to grow and develop in their careers
- You'll own the budget for Onboarding and Quality fraud losses and work with UK and Global stakeholders to drive efficiencies and achieve cost savings for Stuart
- You'll lead your team to improve and optimise our processes around each of the three topics, driving efficiencies and high standards
- You'll liaise with client facing teams (e.g. Regional Management and Account Management) to understand their needs and expectations, implementing changes where required
- You'll work with Global Operations and directly with Stuarts outsourcing partners to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- You'll work with your team to manage sensitive issues as they arise, aligning across the business on the best resolution and working to adapt our processes to include these instances in the future, if appropriate
- You'll contribute towards the courier communications plan for the UK, working with your team to deliver on this and adapt where needed, looking for opportunities to drive engagement with couriers
What do we need from you? \uD83D\uDE0E:
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in an operational, consulting or startup role
- Previous experience of managing teams is a plus, but is not required to apply
- Previous experience in any of the related areas (Quality, Onboarding and Communications) is a plus, but is not required to apply
- Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure you have experience dealing with situations that require work under pressure due to their sensitive nature and/or tight deadlines
- You're able to rapidly identify opportunities for improvement and drive operational performance
- You enjoy working cross functionally and have strong stakeholder management skills
