Our client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner, to manage the HR team. This role will be reporting to the Director of the business and will be a proactive individual who can work at a fast pace

Job Description:

To assist in the development and implementation of integrated people plans that enable, facilitate, and achieve organisational and cultural change, putting people at the heart of the business.
To provide expertise in relation to workforce planning, performance management, learning and development, reward management, compensation and benefits, and organisational development.
To be responsible for delivering excellence in all aspects of HR service delivery by identifying areas for improvement in HR services and implementing good practices.
To lead on major people, change projects, and other projects and to liaise closely with senior managers ensuring that change is successfully embedded across the organisation.
To advise highprofile or highrisk employmentrelated matters.
To work with Senior Managers to ensure that the Group's values are reflected in the behaviors of people across the organisation.
To help drive forward and achieve the Group's Equality and Diversity strategies.
To develop and drive effective HR reporting to Directors and Senior Managers across the group
To manage and develop an effective and motivated team ensuring that the team consistently meets high standards of performance throughout the business.
Proven experience in a similar role
CIPD level 7 is an advantage
Experience working in a fastpaced organisation
Experience in managing a similarsized organisation (Headcount of 500+)

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm

Salary:
£45,000 - £65,000 per Annum
