    **Employee Lifecycle Coordinator**

    We are seeking an experienced Employee Lifecycle Coordinator to join our team at Future, a dynamic and inclusive organization. This is a hybrid role that combines in-office and remote work.

    As an Employee Lifecycle Coordinator, you will report directly to the Senior People Generalist and be responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle. This includes ensuring timely and accurate administration of all policies, procedures, and communications, while maintaining up-to-date records and files.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Employee Onboarding and Administration
      • Manage all onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and Day 1 sessions.
      • Ensure accurate data entry into the HRIS and maintain compliance through regular audits.
    2. Document Preparation and Administration
      • Prepare and administer important documents, including employment contracts, contract variation letters, and policies.
    3. Benefits Administration
      • Help administer company benefits.
    4. Support Services
      • Provide support in areas such as absence management, probation reviews, colleague inquiries, and parental leave requests.

    Requirements:

    • Experience with various HR software systems, ideally Dayforce.
