As part of the WorkWell team, you will be based within our prestigious, professional and modern serviced office park and your main focus will be to provide outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors.

You will also be responsible for supporting the team with administration related tasks which could be a service project or seasonal event.


You'll be joining at an exciting time and period of growth for the business as it continues to develop and deliver on its goal to provide outstanding working environments for clients, through private office space, co-working space, meeting rooms, conference facilities and events space.


As the Receptionist / Administrator, you will receive:

  • Competitive Salary*

  • Monday to Friday 8am
  • 5pm, 40 hours pw (Shift pattern of 8am
  • 4.30pm or 8.30am
  • 5pm)

As the Receptionist / Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Front of House / Reception

  • Providing a professional and friendly welcome on reception
  • Signing in visitors
  • Dealing with customer requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Answering phones and taking detailed messages
  • Taking responsibility for own building and ensuring that the customer receives the best experience and service at all times
  • Working closely with team members to provide service
Administration

  • Providing administration support to team members
  • Assisting with creating spreadsheets and collating required data
  • Supporting with creating PowerPoint presentations when required
