Our client is one of Surrey's largest estate agents. We are excited to be partnering with such a great organisation, that is experiencing huge growth

Currently, they are seeking a Sales Advisor to join their team in Medway City Estate.

As the newly appointed Sales Advisor, along with a genuine passion for property this is an excellent opportunity to establish yourself within a leading estate agency who pride themselves on excellent customer delivery and carve yourself a fantastic career.


Your duties involve;

  • Start your day on the right foot, sharing updates with your colleagues at a daily morning meeting
  • Helping Customers Your phone is your best friend and the joy of the job
  • Reaching out to customer after customer about their property move identifying and recommending the extra services we offer.
  • Arranging and hosting viewings/open days, providing friendly advice with a welcoming smile
  • Getting those offers agreed and accepted.
  • Handing over those keys and seeing customers' eyes light up on their exciting new journey

So, what do you need?

  • Previous over the phone sales experience within the Estate Agency sector
  • Heaps of positivity, with a drive to make things happen
  • An engaging and infectious personality that inspires customers into action
  • Love picking up the phone and connecting with customers
  • A thirst for selfdevelopment and embrace learning new things every day
  • Ambition with selfmotivation and able to cope with pressure at times
  • A genuine desire to care for your customers
  • A full driving license and your own car

Benefits;

  • Salary £19,000
  • On Target Earnings: £27k (Uncapped)
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am 6pm
