Position:
Interim Student Funding Administrator


Location:
London (flexible hybrid working)


Duration: 6 weeks ongoing


Hourly rate:
£20 - £23.50


Start Date:
Immediate


Role Overview:


As an Interim Student Funding Administrator, you will be an integral part of our dedicated team responsible for managing and administering various scholarship programs.

You will work closely with students, faculty, and external partners to ensure the smooth and efficient distribution of funds, providing crucial support to enable students to focus on their studies without financial barriers.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess student eligibility for any awards made by the Student Funding Service
  • Complete the day to day administration of these funds providing information to students
  • Handle inquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Stay updated on regulations related to fund assessment and dispersal
  • Provide comprehensive information on available financial support
  • Maintain accurate records of student financial support schemes
  • Ensure confidentiality of processed information according to GDPR

Experience Required:


  • Experience in student funding administration within Higher or Further Education
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using systems including SITS and Salesforce
