Employing around 200 people this established client based in the Wellingborough area currently has two Customer Service Administrator permanent positions available.

Offering a competitive basic salary of £21,300 - £21,500pa Circa £11.80 per hour working 35 hour week Monday to Friday no weekends or shift work plus amazing benefits to include 33 days holiday (including bank Holidays), Pension & Rewards scheme, Life assurance Subsidised Corporate Gym Membership, Subsidised Canteen offering hot and cold food and Free off street parking


The Customer Service Administrator will assist with processing of customer orders and sending out letters mail shots and publications as part of the Post room team.

Some physical duties may be required in assisting with moving of packages


Key Responsibilities:

Data input using a range of customer databases.
Administration and dispatch of letters, mail shots, and publications
Assist with the daily running of the post room and Goods in services.
Coordinate courier deliveries for larger dispatches.
Record and generate invoices to high standards of accuracy within agreed time frames.
Supporting Post Room services, including the sorting and distributing of incoming and outgoing UK and Overseas mail.
