Description
A Facilities Management company based near Warrington is seeing a Help Desk Manager to join their growing team.
The role will be paying up to £35,000 plus a benefits package and will be working 5 days in the office.
Once the team is settled and processes are streamlined there could be the ability for more hybrid working in the future.
The position is managing a team of five help desk advisers, supporting them on a day-to-day basis when providing facilities support to multiple site and external clients.
Duties will involved training the advisers, managing the day-to-day, dealing with any challenging requests, invoice and finance management as well and improving and streamlining current processes.
