Do you feel comfortable being the 'go to' person and having the responsibility this entails?


Our client, the largest distributor of truck and trailer parts in the UK, is looking for a Team Leader - Night Shift for their warehouse operations.


You will be responsible for the daily running of the night shift, providing adequate support within the operations team, together with identifying areas of improvement within this department to make the business more efficient.

You will be responsible for the daily running of despatch/outbound processes and team members.


You will manage and coach direct reports ensuring they understand their duties and the processes in place within your department.


During the training period, you will be working on the day shift, which will pay £12.30 per hour for 40 hours of work per week.


After training (approx 3 months) your salary will increase to £15 for 40 hours per week, Mon - Thur, 7pm - 6am (one hour break).
