    Description

    Our company, a leading Software firm, is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to oversee front desk operations. This role involves maintaining a safe and efficient environment, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and effective communication within a dynamic construction-related atmosphere.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate with contractors to oversee snagging processes and ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Develop and maintain RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements) for all operational tasks.
    • Monitor facility conditions and report maintenance issues to ensure a safe working environment.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role within a construction or corporate environment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with contractors and staff.
    • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.

    This is a 6-month contract position. Please note that due to the urgency of this vacancy, our company cannot consider applicants without the necessary work permits, visas, or sponsorships already in place.
