Description

A post 16 Academy in Bradford is seeking an Associate Assistant Principal to challenge educational and social disadvantage by working with the Principal and senior leadership team to lead a healthy college in order to achieve the highest possible standards and prepare all their students to lead successful lives.

You will need Qualified Teacher Status.

Duties and Responsibilities include Living the mission and values every day and be a highly visible, consistent and supportive presence in and around the academy; serve the staff and students by creating and overcommunicating clarity.

You will need to promote an aspirational culture which motivates everyone to work collaboratively, share knowledge and deliver exceptional outcomes.

You will also be expected to implement and model strategies that secure high standards of teaching, student behaviour and attendance.

Salary:
£28,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
