We currently have an exciting opportunity at our Grimsby LYOCELL Fibre manufacturing site within the
Manufacturing
Department for a full-time
Operations Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join us, working
Monday - Friday 08:30 to 16:35.

This role will report to the Production Manager, with a dotted line into the Engineering Manager.

Key responsibilities for this role;_

  • Act as gatekeeper to evaluate maintenance notifications in order to agree on prioritisation of work in conjunction with Operations and Engineering teams
  • Prepare equipment in readiness for the agreed maintenance window, including cleaning and isolation
  • Prepare and issue control of work documentation where required, including permit to work and SWPs
  • Monitor and / or oversee the timely and efficient completion of the equipment maintenance (based on risk ranking of the work being performed)
  • Regularly liaise with both Production and Engineering Teams to ensure clear and concise communication / information transfer on equipment / work status, control of work and opportunities for improvement
  • Support with control of work and contractor reviews where necessary
  • Support Area Manufacturing Specialist in periods of site shutdown
  • Minimum GCSE Maths and English Language grade A
  • C or equivalent
  • NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in permit to work processes including isolations
  • Experience of interrogating SAP engineering notifications
  • Must demonstrate a safe, positive, mature and responsible attitude.
  • Good, thoughtful communicator with ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team.
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement in the Safety and Quality aspects of the work.
