On behalf of an ever-expanding pharmaceutical company, we are recruiting for a Senior Customer Experience Advisor (German Speaking) to join a young, ambitious, and successful organisation on a hybrid basis.

If you have experience as Senior Customer Experience Advisor or a genuine passion to help improve a contact centre, we would love to hear from you It is essential that you are target driven, motivated, passionate, and confident, with a real desire to help deliver outstanding customer service.

This is a hybrid working opportunity with shift patterns falling between 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday. You will also have to work 1 weekend out of 3 (Saturday and Sunday hours are 9am

  • 5pm)

The successful Senior Customer Experience Advisor will:

  • Be focused and drive to achieve targets in a contact centre environment.
  • Deliver the highest level of customer service possible to all customers.
  • Have the ambition to grow with the company and ensure a positive customer journey
  • Maintain a positive mindset and motivated to overcome challenges and objections.
  • Be highly organised and able to manage your own dairy and administration duties.

Expertise, Skills, and Experience:

  • Contact centre experience (Customer Service / Customer Experience)
  • German Speaking (Verbal and Written)
  • Detailorientated with high levels of accuracy.
  • Great communicator and able to work as part of a team.
  • Organised and prepared.
  • Background in the medical industry would be an advantage.

Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)


Language:


  • German (required)
