MONCLER are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to be part of the team in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3. Senior Client Advisor at Heathrow takes on the role of Brand Ambassador.

They are responsible for growing their store's sales by providing an exceptional level of service to their clients, and supporting the management team in the operations of their store.

They contribute and support in the training and development of their colleagues while working directly with their Store Manager to enhance the client experience and performance of the store.

Responsibilities and tasks:

Ensures a unique client experience, creating a longlasting relationship, taking care of all phases of the selling ceremony, after sales and clienteling activities, providing a warm and welcoming environment;

Achieves individual objectives and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the team;
Advises clients on the Brand and all product categories, developing indepth knowledge of Moncler, products and collections;
Demonstrates commercial acumen and advanced skills in Clienteling, using the various tools available to retain customers, recruit new ones and develop longterm;
Carries out the daytoday tasks of the store: floor management, customer reception, opening/closing of the store;
Assists in stock and store management, visual merchandising, aftersales service, cash desk;
Supports the management team in the development of the team using on the spot coaching and training;
