Description

Our client is seeking a bright and ambitious Project Manager based in Kingswinford. Salary up to 45kpa, free parking and life assurance

You will provide a key role in leading product development with responsibility for the delivery of innovative products and product enhancements.

You will also be working with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance the company's product range.

As the Product Manager you will enjoy:

Salary of up to 45kpa
20 days' holiday (rising to 25 with service) plus eight Bank Holidays
9am 5pm Monday to Friday (30 minutes lunch break)

As the Product Manager you will be responsible for:

Managing the development, iteration and delivery of products and features
Identifying customer demand and need for product(s) or feature(s)
Developing an expert understanding of customer requirements
Identifying any new product leads and/or development opportunities that compliment the company's current brands
Overseeing the ongoing evaluation of new product features/enhancements
Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with current vendors
Managing any relevant suppliers to time, budget and quality
Ensuring all sourced products adhere to the required international regulations

You will need the below to succeed as the Product Manager:

Experience of product management and/or product development, with creativity and passion for creating great products
Strong analytical and proactive problemsolving skillset
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Experience in a fast paced, dynamic organisation
Experience in project/programme management
Experience in a product/sales position
