This post is situated in our Domestic Abuse Hub (DAH) and is part of a dynamic team of Independent Domestic Violence Advisers (IDVAs).


We have a committed and knowledgeable team of professionals who strive to deliver the very best service to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse.

The Domestic Abuse Hub offer a whole family approach where appropriate, and ensures support is available by the right person at the right time, with a focus on risk management, safety and what matters to the family/individual.

This is a new role that is part of Drive's pilot project in Swansea Prison.

The project is an intervention programme for high-risk, high-harm domestic abuse offenders who are serving short custodial sentences at HMP Swansea.

Your role will be to ensure, that the victim-survivor and children of the offender undertaking the intensive Drive intervention are highly supported throughout the process.

The key consideration of your support is that the safety of those at risk is not compromised by the intervention.
