Description

Kennedys is looking to recruit a Key Data Products & Services Lead, to join our Business Intelligence team in Chelmsford.

This role would work alongside internal and external stakeholders to design and build a service and product approach to develop data and insights products and services that we can offer to key and targeted clients, thus creating a further differentiator against our competitors.


Initially this approach will be tested against a small subset of targeted clients, with an intention to roll out more widely.

The role will report to the Insights and Business Intelligence Manager. This role will be working closely with BD, priorities will be jointly agreed with the Client and Markets teams.


Team


Kennedys Finance team is made up of Financial Systems, Financial Control, Financial Planning and Reporting, Management Accountants, Credit Control, Legal Cashiers and Billers and Financial Operations Database teams.


Kennedys Finance team support the Firm globally producing timely and accurate financial and management information, reporting solutions and operational support to maintain the high standard of service offered to the Firm's internal and external clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with the Head of Business Intelligence, BI and Insights Manager and Head of Clients and Markets, devise a vision for our client data products and services offering
  • Construct a plan that includes short, medium and long term initiatives to help achieve the 'Client Data Products and Services' vision, fully aligning with our data and digital strategies principles for service and product design
  • Create strong working relationships with all of the CRM stakeholders.

Stakeholders to include, but not limited to:
Business Development, Client Partners, Data Strategy, Business Intelligence, legal teams & client contacts

  • Undertake market and or client research to determine what a best in class data offering would look like
  • Report back into the wider BI team as to what future requirements will be filtering through, and work with the team to help plan its delivery.
