Sales Advisor - Temp to Perm

Main Responsibilities:


  • As a sales adviser/ Internal Sales Agent, you will be handling enquiries from customers across the UK, selling the correct solutions based on customer needs.
  • Reporting directly to the Internal Sales Team Leader with a clear focus on our value added and branded ready mix products.
  • Providing a critical link between customers and our business, you will need to develop effective relationships both internally and externally to ensure that all relevant information is provided for a Superior Customer Experience.
  • This role is an officebased role with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. The role requires an individual who can manage their time effectively and prioritize their workload.

Experience:


  • Previous internal sales experience desirable
  • Ability to close the sale
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer focused
  • Product knowledge desirable
  • Good IT skills
  • Ability to establish excellent working relationships with colleagues
  • Handling objections
  • Attention to detail and effective Time Management

Salary:
£21,000.00-£23,625.00 per year
