    About the Role

    • Manage overall health, retention, and technical success for key customers
    • Partner with customer and partner stakeholders, sales, solutions engineering, product management, and support to drive impact and value

    As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will:

    • Increase customer engagement while protecting global net retention
    • Offer guidance on leveraging Netlify to drive business and technical objectives
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for post-sales customer inquiries

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Driving engagement and feature adoption across all in-territory accounts
    • Proactively reaching out to customers with account-related or role-relevant information
    • Performing quarterly business reviews with a focus on strategic advising
    • Preparing and coordinating high-quality renewal reviews
    • Partnering with support, solutions engineering, and product teams to drive valuable engagements
    • Identifying growth opportunities within the account base
    • Traveling to attend in-person customer onsite training and business reviews, as necessary

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in successful implementation and communication with strategic accounts
    • Familiarity with composable architecture (MACH) approach and relevant SaaS services
    • Several years of experience in Enterprise Customer Success or adjacent roles related to renewals and account management
    • Ability to analyze data points related to customer usage and growth on the Netlify Platform
    • Experience working with Salesforce, Vitally, Sigma, and Google Workspace
    • A customer-service focus and growth mindset
