Role Responsibilities:

As an Educational Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the Key Stage 2 team, focusing on providing support to students with special needs


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans.
  • Supporting students with special needs in their academic and social development.
  • Managing challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
  • Collaborating with the teaching team to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience working with special needs students or managing challenging behaviour.
  • A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
