Role Responsibilities:

As an Educational Assistant, you will be a crucial part of the Key Stage 2 team, focusing on providing support to students with special needs

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting the class teacher in implementing tailored learning plans.
Supporting students with special needs in their academic and social development.
Managing challenging behaviours with patience and understanding.
Collaborating with the teaching team to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience working with special needs students or managing challenging behaviour.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
