Commercial Planning Co-ordinator:

Full Time 39 hours

Permanent

Hybrid working (Head Office Windermere - minimum 2 days per week)


The Role:


It's an exciting and varied job working closely with our Brand Development & Campaign Manager, this is a cross-functional and external-facing role liaising across the Marketing, Buying, Merchandising and Finance teams as well as dealing directly with third party suppliers to support the coordination of a profitable product and annual calendar of activity.


This role is responsible for coordinating the Commercial team in planning and administering the annual calendar of activity, with specific reference to the coordination of supplier funded activity.


About You:


You'll have experience of working in a coordination or planning function, preferably B2C and ideally in a multichannel business with a significant online presence.

You'll be comfortable with IT and have good excel, word, PowerPoint skills and have a great attention to detail. You are extremely well organised and deadline driven, you have the ability to plan and juggle multiple concurrent timelines. You are confident dealing with external suppliers.

You'll be happy working independently whilst also enjoying being part of a team, sharing information, knowledge & experience freely and building and maintaining positive relationships.

Your communication is key - you'll be clear and you'll make sure your message is understood. You'll also know when to positively challenge and welcome feedback to drive self-improvement. You can also demonstrate operational excellence of supporting change in a dynamic business and will have the capability to influence others around a common purpose
