Senior Projects Building Surveyor

Blackburn

9am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday, however some flexibility as sites can be Schools etc so sometimes 8am to 4.

**JOB DUTIES:
- **Senior Property Building surveyor for the public and commercial sectors such as Schools, Hospitals

The workload is varied and will cover public and private sectors

Produce designs and specifications including preparation of tender documentation

Administering building contracts (ICT and NEC)

Ensure that projects are managed to the right quality standards and are completed on time

Mentor and manage junior surveyors

Lead and develop detailed briefs in conjunction with the client and senior colleagues

Produce designs and specifications including preparation of tender documentation

Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors membership

Good AutoCAD and/or REVIT skills

Full driving licence

Experience of project delivery from inception to handover
