The Role

They are seeking a manager to join one a large-bedded care homes providing residential and dementia care within South Yorkshire.

The home itself holds a fantastic community reputation, high occupancy, and a strong staff team; due to the high performance, the provider are seeking an established manager who can not only continue this standard but aim for the prestigious 'Outstanding' with CQC.

Interview Process
The interview process will be in a 2-stage format.

My client is seeking an experienced Home Manager with confidence and strong commercial knowledge.

They will bring passion for the sector into a luxury care home and be able to build strong connections with their team, residents and their families and the community.
