Trainee Conveyancer - Otley


The Firm:


Traditional full service law firm with over 30 years' experience is recruiting a Conveyancing Assistant/Trainee Conveyancer to join its team in Otley.


It is a progressive law firm with offices in Skipton and Otley which prides itself on providing friendly, efficient and dependable expertise.


You will be working within a small team and have support from highly experienced partners whilst supporting a conveyancer with a caseload from inception through to post completion.


The caseload is varied and will include:

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
  • Extensive client contact
  • Remortgages
  • Leasehold flats
  • Newbuilds
  • Transfers of Equity

Requirements:


  • Experience in assisting with a residential property caseload from inception through to post completion
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player
