The UK's premier Access Platform specialists Blade Access is looking to support its market growth with a new Allocation / Planning Co-ordinator.

The above position will be based at the office in Bradford


Key Responsibilities:


  • Allocation of tonne access platforms and driver/operator across the whole of the UK
  • In contact with suppliers to arrange hire of assets / equipment
  • Working with current Fleet team to ensure all compliance documents are up to date for all assets
  • You will have a sound understanding of Fleet compliance and maintaining fleet using the guide to maintaining roadworthiness.
  • Collaborate with other allocation teams across the country and support specific business priorities with required resource as highlighted through daily conference calls.
  • Highlight all shortages on conference calls
  • Ensure positive communication exists between staff and drivers.
  • Be a central point of contact for internal and external queries.
  • Look to maximise any truck swaps with other allocations to help provide increased UK coverage.
  • Out of hours on call cover (as per office rota) additional pay for this.
This role is a full-time position, working 42.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday in line with the company's standard working week


Qualifications:


Qualifications in English and Maths are required as a minimum and any further qualification in business administration is also particularly useful.

  • You must have strong Geographical knowledge of places in the United Kingdom / Postcode areas
  • You must have strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skill
  • Ability to extract information
  • Work well under pressure and within a team
  • Have excellent time management skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word
  • Excellent spoken and written English
Having some experience in an Access Platforms or a commercial/facilities environment would be advantageous. Any work-related activity to demonstrate the necessary skills to understand and deliver their quality system is desirable.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
