Principal accountabilities;

  • To assist with the technical and business changes to move users from using Unit4 Desktop client to Unit4 Web client.
  • To assist with the design, testing, integration and support of Concur Expenses with Unit4 ERP.
  • To assist with the design, testing, integration and support of Proactis invoice scanning solution with Unit4 ERP.
  • To assist with the design, build, testing, release and support of the migration of Unit4 ERP onpremises solution to Unit4 Cloud Continuous Release.
  • To assist with the design, build and testing of minor technology improvements with Finance stakeholders.
Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

  • Engage with users and project stakeholders to understand functional requirements, nonfunctional requirements, technical constraints, issues, problems and risks.
  • Assist with documentation of current and future processes at both high and low level.
  • Assist as a member of the project team with planning of project tasks and coordinating activities.
  • Provide support for incidents, queries, requests and problems, engaging with third level support / technology partners if required.
  • Research solution options.
  • Suggest improvements to processes.
  • Collaborate with users, project team and wider stakeholders to design and document solutions.
  • Review and develop customisations and integrations with technical specialists
  • Assist with data migration and reconciliation.
  • Undertake System Integration Testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing and Operational Acceptance Testing.

Qualifications
About You

  • Essential technical and business skills include;
  • Knowledge of ERP, IT and accounting concepts.
  • Experience of adapting software through Configuration, Extensions, Modifications, Localisations and Integrations.
  • Experience of writing reports and dashboards.
  • MS SQL skills to write ad hoc scripts, query data.
  • Experience of project work.
  • Experience of support work and concepts.
  • A customer focus.
  • To understand the business.
  • Take accountability to see things through and get the job done.
  • Act as one team across DPD through business partnering, collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to develop working relationships quickly and champion change.
  • Energetic and resilient.
