I have an exciting new contract vacancy for a Savings Customer Service Team Member, based in the East of England for one of our financial services clients.

This would be ideal for someone who has experience of working in a regulatory background and has previouslyworked in the financial services industry.

Rate
- £200 to Overall Assignment Rate of Umbrella

Location

  • East of England
  • Remote working with once a week in the office

  • A strong background working in customer services
  • Exceptional communication and people skills, someone who is able to engage with customers and colleagues across all levels within financial services
  • An excellent trackrecord of delivering customer services and handle potentially challenging conversations with customers
  • Ability to work confidently through ambiguity and deliver the clarification the customer needs
