We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our company's outsourcing services and bringing in new clients.

Your primary focus will be to identify potential clients, build strong relationships, and secure business opportunities for outsourcing projects.

This role demands a combination of strategic thinking, sales expertise, and a deep understanding of our company's capabilities to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Job responsibilities:


  • Market Research and

Lead Generation:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries suitable for outsourcing services. Use various methods, including online research, networking events, and cold outreach, to generate leads.

  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential prospects. Understand their unique needs, pain points, and business objectives to offer tailored outsourcing solutions.
  • New Client Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients for our outsourcing services. Create compelling sales pitches and presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and competitive advantages.
  • Negotiation and

Contract Closure:
Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, and finalizing contractual agreements. Ensure terms and conditions align with the company's policies and profitability objectives.

  • Sales Performance Metrics: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and analyzing performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Market Trends Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. Use this knowledge to identify potential areas of growth and to make datadriven decisions.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, case studies, and content that showcase our outsourcing services. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project handovers and execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience;

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Having 37 years of experience as Recruitment Consultant in it sector,Health sector and saas
  • Proven track record in business development and sales, with a focus on outsourcing services or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of the outsourcing industry, including various outsourcing models and processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Resultsdriven mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel, as required, to meet with clients and attend industry events.
