Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise trades and daily operations.
  • Liaise with clients and management.
  • Organise labour and ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
  • Manage site works to meet client targets.
  • Effectively manage operatives and subcontractors.
  • Promote and monitor Health and Safety standards.
  • Implement production, quality, and customer service standards.
  • Monitor project budget and expenditures.
  • Complete project paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Define project scope, allocate resources, and schedule staff.
  • Comply with client policies and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Monitor plant and equipment.

Qualifications:


  • Previous supervisory experience in construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks.
