Data Inputter and Team Administrator and Accounts Assistant needed to join a progressive company in Eye, Suffolk.

Maternity Cover - 9 months FTC

Salary - Competitive

Start Date - Early March


My client is looking to recruit an experienced data inputter and team administrator with Accounts experience to work on projects around the UK.


The role will be varied and require the successful applicant to support the team in a number of aspects as listed below.

In addition, the successful applicant will be required to review and input documentation form stakeholders using Microsoft Excel. They should ideally have a good understanding of accounts and financial matters.


The work will be undertaken by my client in Eye, Suffolk, although hybrid options will be considered and may require occasional regular travel around the UK to clients Office.


Specific Duties

  • Correspondence with clients and stakeholders as directed
  • Scanning evidence and efiling
  • Staff holiday and inlieu calendar management
  • Administration of Xero Work Flow Max, time management system
  • Excel spreadsheet data input for a range of aspects, specifically stakeholder evidence and cooperation payment calculation
  • Expenses processing
  • Purchase invoice input to WFM & Xero
  • Client billing processing using Excel time records
  • Credit card invoice reconciliation
  • Data analysis of stakeholder evidence and assistance with calculations
  • Maintenance of Complete communication logs
  • Travel arrangements (including medical testing) for clients staff and Offshore Fisheries Liaisons Officers
  • Meeting preparation : creating and printing agendas, previous minutes, supporting documents as instructed.
  • Arranging meetings (venue and attendees)
  • Meeting minutes (taking and writing up)
  • Mail merge printing Notice to Mariners and agreements, posting where necessary
  • Organisation of OFLO's rota including travel plans
- filing Daily Progress Reports from surveys, construction vessels and OFLOs

  • Support Management with ISO system maintenance and development
