We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Assistant.

As a Customer Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent customer service.


Duties:


  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and purchases
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer experiences

Experience:


  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,946.59 per year
