Are you an experienced Branch Manager who's looking for more money and an exciting challenge?


We are currently recruiting on behalf of our clients who are currently looking for such an individual to join their team in the Swale area as a Floating Branch Manager.


Our clients, a successful multi-branch independent estate agency, who offer their staff strong salaries, career progression prospects and exceptional training programs.


The successful Branch Manager will receive:

  • £29,000 Basic Salary
- £50,000 - £55,000 OTE

  • Company car or car allowance
  • 33 days paid holiday
  • Holiday commission
  • Structured career path

Working hours:

As a Floating Branch Manager, you'll be required to work 5 days a week, including Saturdays (rota)


To be considered for the Branch Manager role, you must have:

  • Flexibility to move from branch to branch
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience managing a team in an estate agency

Key duties of the Branch Manager will include:

  • Covering branches/offices as required
  • Manage the daytoday running of these offices
  • Maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
  • Increasing revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
  • Managing, motivating and developing a team
  • Listing and selling properties
  • Ensuring business is compliant
