This role is responsible for our global people propositions and supporting large people change initiatives that will impact our colleague propositions and people policies.
You'll work with HR professionals and legal teams in different jurisdictions ensuring adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations, in particular India.
You'll also be responsible for:
- Taking ownership for the formulation, implementation, and continuous improvement of global people propositions whilst supporting our HR professionals in different jurisdictions to ensure policy compliance and reflect Lloyds Banking Group's values, culture, and legal obligations.
- Working collaboratively with the legal team ensuring adherence to labour laws and suggests mitigations to any potential legal risks. Guiding senior partners, through the change journey to build alignment and advocacy for systemic changes.
- Leading indepth assessments of existing propositions and policies, identify areas of improvement and propose changes, utilising feedback from colleagues, people directors & partners, Employee Relations, Trade Union and other stakeholders. Collaborating with People Partners, Centres of Excellence teams and Employee Relations to understand business needs and incorporate them into the proposition design process.
- Leading the development of userfriendly policy content; videos, events, guides, FAQs, and communication materials to help colleagues, managers and People Partners understand and utilise effectively.
About you:
To be suitable for this position, you'll:
- Utilising data and insights -Identify root causes of cultural challenges. Design strategic interventions that address systemic cultural and people issues successfully. Derive data-driven insights and make data-backed suggestions to improve proposition and policy.
- Up To Date: Keeps abreast with world class employee experience propositions, employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, actively supervising changes.
- Innovative thinking: Design thinking methodology and databased evidence to see opportunities to deliver Outstanding propositions that improve our colleague experience and attract the best talent.
- Risk: Establishes and oversees a robust risk management framework to support regular risk assessments, reviews and reporting, ensuring compliance with risk requirements.
- Growth: Looks for opportunities and brings expertise to enhance the global employee value proposition. Crafting a culture of growth, focussed development and change at pace.
