Description

We require skilled Underpinners, General Builders and Labourers to join our team on a underpinning and refurbishment projects in Peckham SE15 and Wandsworth SW11
You will need to be reliable and experienced carrying out structural modifications and additions to Victorian Terraces.

Experience and skills in some of the following areas are sought:

  • General Building
  • Underpinning on deep excavations to 3.5metres
  • Steel Fixing
  • Shuttering Carpentry
  • Underground Drainage and Delta Tanking
  • Concrete work
  • General labouring
Minimum of 5 years' experience

Must have own tools, PPE and CIS registration

Strong rates of pay to reflect skills and experience.

Evoke Projects Ltd is a London based building contractor.

Operating primarily in the residential market, the company specialise in architecturally led projects, that require care and attention to detail.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£15.00-£20.00 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • English not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:


  • Labouring: 5 years (preferred)
- underpinning: 2 years (preferred)


  • Steelfixing: 2 years (preferred)
- shuttering carpentry: 2 years (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • CSCS (preferred)
